TODDLER TIME
This family first discovered Toddler Time at the Dream Center through their Parents as Teachers educator, and for the past year, their daughter has absolutely loved it. She affectionately calls it “the gym,” and somehow always knows when it’s Tuesday—waking up ready to go the moment she opens her eyes.
Since they began attending, their family has grown. Their daughter is now two, and they recently welcomed a baby boy, just over three months old. Having a place that is safe, engaging, and full of joy has been a gift during this season of transition. Her excitement for “gym time,” her connections with other kids, and—bonus—the great naps afterward have been highlights for the whole family.
Toddler Time has helped their little one build social, emotional, and motor skills, but it’s been a gift to Mom as well. In the midst of sleep deprivation, juggling a newborn with colic, and navigating the daily questions of parenthood, she has found encouragement and community. Being surrounded by other parents who understand, support, and simply listen has made all the difference.
“Gym” has become one of her daughter’s favorite moments each week—and one of hers, too.
