Jason Bauer began volunteering at the Springfield Dream Center in 2018, first serving in the kitchen before eventually stepping into the role of kitchen lead. His dedication and belief in the Dream Center’s mission—bringing help for today and hope for tomorrow to Springfield and the surrounding areas—has remained steadfast. Today, as a member of the Development Board, Jason continues to invest his time and passion into supporting the Dream Center’s growth and expanding its impact. His progression from kitchen volunteer to board member reflects his genuine commitment to uplifting the community.
